Return, Refund & Change of Mind Policy

If you wish to exchange or return a product, we must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your item and the item must be returned within 30 days.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, with original packaging, tags and packaged appropriately in unused condition. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Initial shipping fees will not be refunded unless the item is faulty. Items must be sent back via track and trace, with signature required. We will either exchange it, replace it, provide a credit or refund the purchase price at our discretion.

*We do not exchange, refund or accept returns on any sale items, gift cards or custom orders.
*We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you read the sizing & listings correctly before purchasing. By placing your order you have acknowledged and accepted these terms.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bloominrogue.co.nz. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

To return your product, you should return your product to unit 2/5 Mountbatten Avenue, Hillcrest, Auckland 0627.

Damages & Issues
While no liability of goods damaged or lost in transit will be accepted. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
